Dear Elizabeth Lee Designs,
I am soooo thankful I ordered your patterns. This
was my third child and I was sick and tired of paying too much for nursing wear.
I had been receiving your catalogs and ordered bras before. I decided to go for
it - it was so easy! I love the variety and styles - the vertical openings are
perfect for me but so hard to find in the stores. Thank you for sharing your gift
of fashion design with us nursing mothers! I love nursing my children and you
definitely make it easier. I always tell people I made it and tell them about
your company. Thank you very much! Mandy from Lebanon, IN

I tell everyone about your patterns! They are easy to sew, easy to use,
and make nursing so much easier. I should know -- I am currently nursing my 7th
baby (including a set of twins)! How I wish I had known about you from the very
beginning.

I
just wanted us nursing moms. Long after I have stopped nursing,
I know I will be using your patterns. Lisa M. convinced me to
give sewing a second to take a moment to personally thank you
for creating such wonderful patterns forry (I had kind of given
up on it) and to try your patterns. Your patterns have made
all the difference in the world...They are great and have taught
me so much. You are an inspiration. I will be a loyal customer
for many years..nursing or no. The baby is asleep on my shoulder
or I'd tell you about the first ELD project I ever made and
was recently stolen from me, (pout) , my beloved sling, but
I feel better knowing I can sew up a new one since I have the
pattern. Love and hugs. Karin from Yorktown, Virginia |

Hi there, Elizabeth,
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to
say how pleased I am with your patterns. I ordered a bunch a few
weeks ago, and have just been going from one to another to make
a variety of different tops. The instructions are wonderful, love
the length of the long sleeves (a lot of other patterns made me
feel like I have amazon arms because they're always too short -
but not yours!), and once you've made the first one you've got the
main idea of how the sewing for the nursing panels go and it just
gets
easier. The shirts seem such high-quality when they're completed,
too (my mother-in-law made the comment that it really must've took
a lot of work and time to make one, when actually I made it in only
a day). Another BIG plus is the packaging - don't know if anyone's
mentioned it, but I think it's wonderful that you're able to cut
out your pattern, take the cardboard backing out, fold the cut patterns
inside and insert it back into the plastic bag without the need
to try to ram them back into an under-sized tiny envelope. The patterns
seem like they're so much better taken care of and they'd last a
lot longer without all the rough handling.
Well, got to run (I've only got 8 weeks
left of my pregnancy and I'm trying to get as much done as I can
- especially with a 2-year-old always under my feet!). Many blessings
to you and yours.

Two months after
my 3rd child was born, I was called for a job interview. I couldn't
wear sweat pants...and nothing else fit me, so I
quickly made NC301 with the
jacket out of a nice rayon print (in less than 2 days!). Your patterns
are very forgiving in the waist. Now, I am 4 months pregnant with
my fourth child, and wearing the dress again. I look forward to
more sewing successes with your patterns! I have also made the sling,
the breastfeeding pillow, and NC307.
Thank You!!

A
friend at church has made tops with some of your patterns, and
she always looks so nice! I finally asked her where she buys
her tops and she said she makes them from your patterns! There
IS hope after all! :-) I'm on my 4th breastfed baby :-) and
I've never been able to find a nursing top pattern before now
- I'm looking forward to trying your patterns for myself!

I was searching online for “master patterns” and your site came up in my search. Just seeing your name made me smile.
I bought my first Elizabeth Lee Designs pattern in 1992, after the birth of my first daughter. My “baby” turned 16 yesterday. I am thrilled that you are still selling your wonderful patterns. Your designs helped my nurse both of my daughters comfortably and discreetly.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful service for families even while you are so busy taking care of your own family.
Thanks!

Dear Elizabeth,
You and I have talked on the phone several times and I just
had to write you to tell you Thank you!
Since August 2003, after the birth of my second baby I have
begun sewing my own clothes and I love it! I never in a million
years thought that I could learn how to sew and actually be
good at it!
Your wonderful step-by-step patterns are so easy to understand
that even me, a mom with two kids under the age of three could
retain and understand what it was I had to do! (LOL!!)
So far I have made a skirt, a twin set top, and two NC204
dresses, one a winter one made out of corduroy and the other
a patchwork sleeveless summer dress that I can't wait to wear.
I also have enough fabric waiting now for two more dresses,
another skirt, and another twin set! Thank you, Thank you,
Thank you!!!!! I can actually sew, I still can't believe it!
Now if only you made bra patterns!!!
I hope your family is healthy and happy!

I looked
at your patterns on the internet and I just loved them.
I did purchase a few patterns and loved how they turned
out. I am a beginner sewer so I was a little timid but
I did the pattern and it turned out great. I love the
way it is put together. Rebecca from Kennedale, Tx
