This is a family run business and we run it as a family. My children help me work on the orders once a week and we all work until everything is finished and mailed to you. We used to offer daily shipment service, but this is no longer possible.
Please know that we want to serve you well and that we do appreciate your orders. We are honest and cheerful and we strive to fulfill your order as promptly as possible. We hope that you are pleased with the patterns and products that we have available for you.
We try to process orders every weekend and we usually ship orders every Tuesday, but never more frequently than this. For fastest service, order on a weekend. Sometimes we are only able to ship every two weeks depending on demands in my schedule and the health of my husband. Our patterns are a specialty item and we do the best we can to meet your needs. Please order early so you will not be disappointed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you are in a rush, please email me an urgent message and I will do my best to get your order out more quickly.
We are sorry, but because I am not there to answer the phone, we do not have telephone ordering service. If you need specific help, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for best service.
We ship almost exclusively through the US Postal service. We are a family run business and we usually process orders on the weekend and they are shipped on Saturday or Monday each week. Sometimes we are faster! Try to plan ahead and realize that we do our very best to get your order to you promptly.
USA and Canada shipping rates are on our order form (shipping costs for certain heavy items like metal rings or fabric will be modified at our office)
For Foreign orders . . please pay by credit card and we will bill the exact shipping charges to your account. Foreign orders must be paid with either an international money order in US Dollars or with a credit card.
We live in a rural location and overnight delivery is usually impossible to guarantee. If you are in a bind, email us and if possible we will try to help you.
If you are using "Paypal" to pay for your order, you can either fill in the shopping cart and click on paypal for payment OR you can send payment separately by going to www.paypal.com and following the directions to send your payment to email@example.com
If you have special directions for the paypal order, you can write them in the comment box before you send payment.
If you are ordering bonus patterns, put them in the comment section of your order, NOT in the cart. That way you will charged the correct amount when you send your paypal payment.
If you are ordering heavy items such as metal rings or fabric, we will email you if we need more money for shipping.
We cannot send paypal orders until we receive verified payment.

We used to do all our orders this way! Print and complete our order form and mail your order to Elizabeth Lee Designs, P.O. Box 9, Neola, Utah 84053. Include credit card information OR a personal check or money order for the complete amount plus shipping and handling. Utah residents must pay sales tax on the total amount PLUS the shipping! (Sorry!) Your order will be shipped to you within 24 hours from when we receive it!
We are not able to accept telephone orders at this time. If you need to talk with me about an order, please email me and someone will try to contact you on Saturday mornings when we are processing orders. Sorry!

We offer this program to help make it a little easier for you to get the patterns you need! To qualify, buy any 4 patterns, then select a 5th (of equal or lesser value) absolutely free! You must order your bonus pattern at the same time as you order your original patterns and you must pay appropriate shipping and tax on the entire order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please check your order carefully to make sure you get what you want. If you do get your order and it is not what you expected, we will exchange it for anything of equal value within 30 days of your invoice! Please send return items to: Elizabeth Lee Designs, PO Box 9, Neola, Utah 84053. Include a note telling us what you want to exchange it for. If we make a mistake, please email us so we can make it right for you! Sorry - but no refunds are allowed on pattern purchases. All pattern sales are final. New and unworn bras and clothing may be returned for exchange or full refund (less shipping) within 30 days. Please make sure you are happy with the fit and style before you wear it. Due to health reasons, personal items such as panties and breast pumps are not returnable.
